Ingredients

  • 4 (about ii lbs) craven breasts, cut into 1 inch pieces
  • salt and pepper
  • olive oil
  • 1/2 loving cup white whole wheat or unbleached flour
  • 1 reddish bell pepper, chopped
  • 1 green bell pepper, chopped
  • 1 large onion, chopped
  • 2 large celery stalks, sliced
  • 8 ounces white push button mushrooms, trimmed and sliced
  • iii cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/4 teaspoon scarlet pepper flakes
  • one teaspoon dried oregano
  • 1 teaspoon stale basil
  • Optional: i tablespoon white whole wheat flour
  • 1/2 loving cup dry out cerise wine (or dry out white wine or chicken goop)

  • Cooked pasta, rice, or quinoa, for serving
